Returns
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product or a refund. Please note the following exceptions to our return policy; *Discounted/Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. *Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging. *Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Faulty Item
We sincerely apologise if you have received an item from us that is faulty.
Please take a photo of the fault in the item and email your details and a description of the fault to
outbackwestern1@gmail.com
Once we have received the details for the claim, it will assessed at Outback Western after which you will be contacted.
